Course Description

The seminar meets weekly 6:30-8:30 pm, room N190 Lindquist Center. The seminar involves discussion of questions, problems, happenings in schools and classrooms where all students are placed for full days for the entire semester. In addition, topics such as writing a syllabus, lesson design, safety, diverse learners, writing test questions, practice interviewing, etc. are addressed. Student teachers are encouraged to work with more than one teacher to add to their experience and help them prepare for employment.
