Student Teaching Handbook & Forms

Below you will find our handbook and forms for student teaching.  Do not print forms front to back.

 Helpful instructions for using the on-line handbook.

In the bottom left hand corner click on the "Table of Contents" icon.  This will bring up a column on the left.  Go to the page you want to see and click on the "Bookmarks" icon (the 2nd icon from the left).  Once you bookmark the pages you wish to print, go to the "Print Pages" icons (also down at the bottom).  This will give you the option of printing All pages, Current Pages, Bookmarked Pages, or Print PDF.

You can also print the entire handbook by choosing the "Save Pages" icon (2nd icon from the right on the bottom).  Download as a pdf and print the whole handbook or at that point you can print the pages you want.
