Dr. McNabb's interest in Thailand began with his Peace Corps service at Thammasat University (1968-71) and has developed through multiple research and consulting visits, including a Fulbright year with his family in Chiangmai (1990-91). Dr. McNabb's most recent trip to Thailand was taken in October, 1999 to attend an economics conference and visit Burapha University.
