About US Recognized as leaders in the educational career services field, the Career Center Staff in the TLC has been offering comprehensive servicesfor students and professionals seeking academic careers for over 100 years. Formerly known as the Educational Placement Office, they serve students in all program areas, and have designed a comprehensive suite of services and seminars to help students make the most of their transition from academe to the professional marketplace. The professional staff have presented at numerous national, regional, and state conferences and are the authors of a Student Teaching textbook used throughout the US in teacher prep programs seeking to more effectively market their graduates.
