School Psychology 2007 Program Statistics

Completion Time:

• Since 2000, our students have taken an average of six years to complete the program

Program Costs:

• In state tuition for one semester in 2007 is $3,693.00
• Out of state tuition for one semester in 2007 is $9,686.00
• Tuition for students from in state or out of state with a graduate assistantship for one semester in 2007 is $3,409.50

Internships:

• Since 2000, all of our students applying for internships have been able to obtain a paid internship
• There have been 23 students obtaining internships since 2000
• Five students obtained internships at APPIC sites
• Fourteen students obtained internships at APA sites
• One student obtained an internship meeting CDSPP standards
• Two students completed half time internship placements in two years

Attrition: 

• Five students have left the program since 2000
• Three of these students left for another area of psychology or human services
• One student left the program for another field
• One student left the program with an EdS. degree in school psychology
