IN EDUCATION AWARD
Description
This award (IDEA) was established to celebrate the innovative and creative teaching that was evident at University High School throughout its history. Criteria for this award include outstanding performance as a student teacher, particularly as it pertains to innovation and creativity shown during the experience.
Award
Two awards for $750 each
Eligibility
University of Iowa students who completed their secondary student teaching in Fall 2007 or Spring 2008 are eligible for this award.
Deadline
February 13, 2008
Notification of Award
March 3, 2008
How to Apply
Nominations are made by the cooperating teacher. Application forms will be mailed to cooperating teachers.
