FRANKLIN STONE
INTERNATIONAL STUDENT AWARD

Description
This award is presented annually to an outstanding international student pursuing a Ph.D. degree in the College of Education.  Nominees must have completed at least two full semesters in residence at The University of Iowa and have at least a year of study remaining.  The recipient will be selected from faculty nominations and will be based on scholastic accomplishment and promise in the candidate’s chosen area of study.

Eligibility
International student in any program pursuing Ph.D. in the College of Education

Deadline
January 22, 2010

Notification of Award
March 5, 2010

How to Apply
Nomination by a faculty member is required. Submit a copy of the nominee's resume and a detailed letter of nomination that addresses the student’s academic accomplishments and promise in their field by the deadline to:
