ALBERT HOOD PROMISING SCHOLAR AWARD

Description
This award is presented to a graduate student in the Department of Counseling, Rehabilitation and Student Development who is a doctoral candidate with an approved prospectus and a faculty recommendation submitted by October 1.

It is based on academic performance, quality of the research proposal, the likely impact of the research on the field, and the student’s service to the program and the University.
