This award is presented annually to a University of Iowa graduate student pursuing a degree in education with continuing education as an area of specialization. The recipient must demonstrate unusual promise for future leadership roles in continuing education and evidence personal qualities and characteristics of the kind exemplified by Dr. Davies.
