Description
This award, established by Dr. Emma Holmes, is presented to an outstanding undergraduate or graduate student in any program in the College of Education. Based on merit and need, the recipient must be a U.S. Citizen with first preference for a student in the top 20 percent of his/her class with second preference for a student with demonstrated financial need.

Nomination by a faculty member is required.
