Activating and Forwarding University of Iowa E-mail

As a College of Education student, you must activate your University of Iowa e-mail account even if you use another e-mail address. The College of Education sends important information to its students via e-mail, using students' University email address.

If you have not activated your e-mail account, you can do so through ISIS.

After logging into ISIS, click MyUiowa in the toolbar, then the link to My Email. On that page you will find links to do a variety of email-related tasks including Request Email Account, to start an account, and Update Email Routing Address, to redirect e-mail addressed to your University account to a different account (e.g, gmail, aol, etc.).
