Display & Exhibits

2012 Exhibitor Registration Form

For decades, UI Helping Professionals Workshops (formerly known as the Annual Summer School for the Helping Professional) has consistently offered programs and leadership that has enhanced the personal and professional development of Iowa’s helping professionals. I would like to invite you to highlight your program, product or organization at the upcoming IHELP Workshop sponsored by The University of Iowa College of Education, Department of Rehabilitation and Counselor Education, the Iowa Department of Health, Division of Behavioral Health, and the Iowa Association of Community Providers. In cooperation with the University of Iowa College of Nursing. We are offering one and two day workshops on topics relevant to the helping professions. Information and registration can be accessed at the IHELP website linked above. Last year’s workshop was attended by counselors, nurses, social workers, psychologists and other helping professionals from more than 50 Iowa counties. IHELP provides a very unique opportunity for counselors and other helping professionals to network and earn academic credit as well as Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Each year the program has increased its enrollment and the variety of its offerings.

I would like to ask you to consider one of the following options:

  • An unrestricted education grant of $500 to assist with speaker and / or refreshment support.
  • Exhibit space will be available free of charge for all exhibitors contributing grants of $500 or more.
  • Exhibit space consisting of one 3’x6’ display table for $100.00 for non-profit organizations.
  • Exhibit space consisting of one 3’x6’ display tables for $250.00 for profit organizations.

Exhibit hours will be daily from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m during the Continental breakfasts and mid-morning and afternoon breaks. The workshops close daily at 4:00 p.m. Exhibitors can be present all or part of the IHELP at their discretion. The workshops will be held August 2-5 on the University of Iowa campus, Lindquist Center. All exhibitors will be acknowledged in conference materials with special acknowledgement going to those contributing $500 or more.

The seminar tax ID number is 42-600-4813. The check should be made payable to The University of Iowa, and mailed with your completed registration form to:
