Negative Consequences:

  • If the test "used a few years ago" was the same one that was going to be administered this time, student exposure to these questions would result in the misrepresentation, falsification of information (violation of Standard III of IAC Chapter 25).

  • The action could be viewed as being dishonest, thus hurting the integrity of the teacher & school.

  • The use of any ITBS/ITED test materials is a violation of copyright.
