ICATER’s AT Summer Institute will be conducted by James R. Stachowiak, ATP. James is the coordinator of ICATER, holds a Master’s Degree in Biomedical/Rehabilitation Engineering from the University of Michigan and is a RESNA certified Assistive Technology Practitioner. As coordinator of ICATER, James has presented AT topics to numerous classes within the College of Education at the University of Iowa. He has also presented day long AT seminars at Holy Family Schools in Dubuque and Principal Financial Group in Des Moines. James is also the instructor for ICATER’s online course An Introduction to Assistive Technology.
