Goal 1

Present an action plan to increase the percentage of minority employees.

    Note: Our plan to increase the number of minority employees to better represent and serve our student body centers on three main strategies – recruitment, retention and personnel development. A task force has been developed to focus and monitor our efforts in this area.
Goal 2

Present a continuous improvement action plan to the Board of Education.

 
Goal 3

Conduct preliminary study of school building use for student purposes.
