Tenure in Academe: What you need to know

Junior faculty are often met with a myriad of new, often overwhelming responsibilities when they arrive at their new institutions. Five faculty members from The University of Iowa who regularly participate on tenure committees share tips for making your bid for tenure a successful one. What can one do before leaving graduate school?  How does the tenure process differ across institutions? And how to work effectively with your tenure committee, are just a few of the questions that are answered during this program.
