Social Foundations of Education - Admission Requirements

General requirements for admission are as stated by the Graduate College and given above. A personal interview with one or more members of the social foundations faculty is desirable and may be required. An undergraduate and/or graduate emphasis in philosophy, the humanities, or the social sciences is strongly recommended.

Master of Arts. Students must meet the requirements specified above. Applications must be received by July 15 for fall semester, by December 1 for spring semester, and by May 1 for summer session.

Doctor of Philosophy. Students applying to the Ph.D. degree program must meet the requirements specified above. Complete applications must be received by July 15 for fall semester, by December 1 for spring semester, and by May 1 for summer session.
