Computer Problem Recording Procedures

All computer help requests need to be called in to the Lab at 335-5623 or simply send an e-mail message to (wayne-kintz@uiowa.edu).  Please note for e-mail messages "Computer Help Request" needs to be entered into the subject line of the message.  Please make sure to note the nature of the problem (application and/or filename), your name, office number, phone number and which specific computer system is having the problem. This system should help to ensure prompt and efficient response to each and every request that is submitted.
