   1. Finish planning the ETC session (Jim has already made up a flyer!!!)
   2. Update on the web
       
2. Up for discussion:
   1. How to organize our open session with the Dean
   2. What would we like the comp and class people to stress in their session?
   3. Should we try to work with the Diversity Committee to have Sherry Watt do a session with interested staff?
   4. Can we come up with some catchy name for the kinds of events we are planning?
