Future agenda items:

1. Discuss fall breakfast meeting
2. Planning.  Check to make sure that what we are planning to do is meeting the goals the Council has set for itself.  If so, start working out a schedule, responsibilities, logistics for events we want to host.  So far, these include explicitly a) bring in HR to discuss job categories, advancement, compensation, etc; and b) having a friendly question and answer session with the College of Education IT people.  Other events that we’ve batted around without formalizing are a brownbag lunch/open sessoin with the dean, the fall breakfast meeting above and, possibly, working together with the Social Committee to have different people with similar functions get together.  Also start planning brochure.
