I believe that the World Wide Web is an excellent instructional medium. The possibilities for designing instructional tools for this medium are limitless. As an example, I have created the following Web-based instructional tools. These tools have been used by faculty and students from all over the world. The first Web-based tool is an educational Web resource, the second tool is a Spanish quiz, and the final tools are instructional videos.

I created the "Quiz Me - Applet" using the Java programming language*. This applet is an educational Web resource. It is a true and false quiz designed to be incorporated within a Web page. This version of the applet can have 25 questions and 25 answers. The most exciting feature about this applet is its adjustability. Web-designers can use this applet to create personalized quizzes. In 1998, I designed and developed Web-based instructional systems at the University of Madrid, Spain. One of my responsibilities was to create instructional devices that would help English speaking people learn the Spanish language. I created the following Web-based quiz by integrating Java and JavaScript*.
