College of Education Diversity Committee

Announcements

Throughout the year, the Diversity Committee receives numerous announcements related to diversity issues such as programs around the campus, guest speakers, graduate assistant positions, scholarships, grants, and other diversity related research information. There are three ways for students to obtain this information from the organization. 

1. Information regarding our events as well as other relevant topics will be posted through our Facebook group, Diveristy Committe - University of Iowa College of Education. You must sign up or have an existing profile for Facebook in order to join the group.

2. Come to our meetings!  The Diversity Commmittee is an open committee that welcomes graduate and undergraduate students to participate in our organization. We meet the first Friday of every month during the academic semester. Please contact the Graduate Assistant, Sharon Lee, for more information.

3. If you do not wish to be a member of Facebook and can not make the meetings, but would still like to receive announcements by the Diversity Committee please contact the Graduate Assistant, Sharon Lee.
