TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES CHECKLIST

Acquisition of technical competence is the responsibility of each graduate student in the Department of Counseling, Rehabilitation and Student Development. Students are expected to demonstrate competence in technical abilities in completion of course assignments, practicum requirements in teaching and supervision, and research. A copy of this checklist must be signed and submitted to your advisor as a self-report of technical competence.

Training or remediation of specific technical competence may be attained through assistance from Information Technology Services (ITS) or the College of Education, Information Technology Center (ITC). The course 7C:281 may also benefit students with limited technical proficiency.
