The
Curriculum Resources Laboratory is located in room N140 on
the first floor of the North Lindquist Center on the University
of Iowa campus, corner of Madison and College streets. The
phone number is (319) 335-5616.
The
primary purpose of the Curriculum Lab is to make Preschool
through Grade 12 instructional materials available for evaluation
and use by students and faculty in the College
of Education. Any University of Iowa student or staff
member can check out materials with their UI ID card.
The
Education
Technology Center (335-5624), which provides computer
and other technology services to students and faculty in the
College of Education, is also located on the first floor of
the North Lindquist Center.

Who May Use This Facility?
Anyone is welcome to visit the Curriculum Resources Laboratory. However, children must be accompanied by an adult (Children in the CRL Policy). Anyone with a UI ID card may check out materials. Teachers and child care workers from schools staffed by UI student teachers may request Borrower's Permits at the Circulation Desk.
Circulation
Policy/Renewals
All
circulating materials have a two-week loan period.
Materials can be renewed once for another two-week period if they have not been requested by another person. To renew on-line, go to the Curriculum Lab Catalog, click on "My Account" and follow the instructions. Renewals can be made in person, by phone, by regular mail,
by e-mail,
or online through your circulation record if they have not
been requested by another patron. To renew by
e-mail, please include the call numbers of the items and
your name and ID number.

cannot be renewed.
Overdue Fines: 25 cents per day
