Diversity Initiatives Holmes Scholars Program
The College of Education is a member of the Holmes Partnership. Minority graduate students whose programs of study and interests overlap with the Holmes Partnership Goals have been identified for selection into the prestigious Holmes Scholars Program. Current Holmes Scholars Read their Bios The 13th Annual Holmes Scholars Conference was held February 26-28, 2009 at the Crowne Plaza Jacksonville Riverfront Hotel in Jacksonville, FL. Each Spring, the Dean's Office hosts a reception for Holmes Scholars. The University Community has the opportunity to visit with the Scholars and to hear about their research interests. This year's ceremony honors SaDohl Goldsmith, Vernita Morgan, LaKaren Rickman, Quiteya Walker, and Ahmad Washington.
