Richard and Nicki described how the support they received at the University of Iowa benefited them. They discussed how their experiences as graduate students helped prepare them for their chosen careers and described leadership qualities learned here and how they later built upon them. They shared their recommendations for enhancing the experiences of current students, especially graduate students of color. |
