Conferences CASMA-ACT Conference Today education faces many important testing and measurement issues. To address some of these issues, ACT and The University of Iowa's Center for Advanced Studies in Measurement and Assessment (CASMA), located in the College of Education, periodically sponsor a one-day conference at ACT's Conference Center in Iowa City on the subject of "Current Challenges in Educational Testing."
