Materials needed to support the ITAP training program are posted here. As materials became available, participants were notified via the ITAP listserv.

The format of these documents varies depending on their intended use. For example, materials that were to be downloaded for “read only” status are primarily in pdf format. In order to open and read these pdf documents, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader (Download Acrobat).

In addition to “read only” documents there are also documents that were intended to serve as “templates” or “forms,” documents that were to be completed electronically (if possible). Because of varying system and software requirements, these templates/forms are available in three formats—Microsoft Word, rtf, and pdf. The primary format is Microsoft Word, the program used to create the documents. For those of you who cannot open and use the Word version of the document, an rtf (rich text format) version is also available. The final version, pdf, is also available even though it is “read only.” Printing the pdf version of the document will assist you in seeing what the other versions are supposed to look like.

The contents of the Library have been organized into the following five sections. To go directly to a section, click on the desired section heading below. You can also use the scroll bar to find the desired document.
