The Iowa ePortfolio Model provides a technology-based system for collecting and organizing the standards-based performances of probationary teachers. The ePortfolioprovides a user-friendly means for teachers and their administrators/evaluators to gauge the progress of teachers achieving professional licensure requirements. The model also provides evaluators the tools essential for portfolio review and licensure recommendation.
