International Language & Culture Institute (ILCI) in Swahili**ILCI nomination deadline has been extended. Nominations will be accepted until the class is full. Students will be notified of their status as nominations are received.**Grades 9-11The International Language & Culture Institute (ILCI) in Swahili is a one-week residential summer program at The University of Iowa for fourteen gifted students who are currently in 9th-11th grades. ILCI is a collaborative program between The University of Iowa’s International Programs and the Belin-Blank Center.
