ABOUT CHALLENGE LEADERSHIP

Introduction
The Challenge Leadership program is designed to strengthen 4th-6th grade students' leadership abilities. During class time, students will be expected to participate in activities. Occasionally, challenging assignments may be provided for home exploration.

This class will focus on helping students to define their leadership abilities. In order to do this, students will explore the role of a leader in various social settings associated with students their age. Short video vignettes will be produced, each highlighting leadership situations being studied.

Instruction
The Challenge Leadership program is designed to be an intensive mentorship program. We are committed to having high-quality teachers as Challenge Leadership instructors. Click here to read more about our instructors.
