a. Demonstrates habits and skills of continuous inquiry and learning.	Takes classes Presents at professional conferences Joins professional or community organizations Reads professional journals Career Program Management Acquire various resource materials on career areas	Transcripts Copies of membership certificates Books/journals on shelves Degrees or certification
b. Works collaboratively to improve professional practice and student learning.	Team meetings Network with others Team-teaching with special education teachers Personal/Social Student Advocacy Assist families to connect with community resources that provide respite care, continuing education, job placement, health care, etc	Show sample lesson of collaborative activities Peer evaluation IEP (show attending meeting)
c. Applies research, knowledge, and skills from professional development opportunities to improve practice.
